PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

Items will normally be despatched once the funds have cleared (usually 5-7 working days). SHIPPING
We endeavour to despatch all orders within two or three working days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability. Please note that at busy times like Christmas couriers are very busy so orders may take longer than normal. If we are unable to despatch your order within this time we will contact you and discuss why, and you will have the option of amending, cancelling or agreeing to a revised delivery schedule.
Upon despatch of your delivery we will e-mail or phone to advise you. Please inform us if the delivery is not with you within your chosen and expected delivery time and we will investigate any delay.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Standard Delivery - £4.00
• Goods delivered to Scottish Highlands, the channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Ireland, will be charged at £20.00
Please contact us for INTERNATIONAL delivery costs.
There must be someone at the address to sign for the goods otherwise extra cost may be incurred.
All deliveries are tracked and recorded.
We package to the best of our ability but should the parcel arrive damaged please check contents and inform us immediately if the goods do not arrive in perfect condition, then we can arrange for a replacement and collection.
PLEASE NOTE:
Choosing Express Delivery does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order the next day. Normal processing time can take several days for in stock items. This includes processing credit card information, preparing invoices and packing slips, packing products and shipping. We cannot accept responsibility if express shipments do not arrive in time required. For this reason, we strongly suggest you allow sufficient time for your order to be processed properly.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it however we will not refund the delivery cost unless the goods are faulty.

When returning products for your own protection please use a secure method such as recorded delivery (depending upon value). We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Lost goods cannot be credited. We will credit your account only when the returned item is received.
Due to the "special occasion" nature of christening apparel, refunds will be issued for unused apparel and accessories only if return postmark is within 2 days of your package arrival date. Sales that exceed 2 days are final sale.
Goods to be returned must be sent back in their original packaging with all labels fully intact. You must notify us by telephone or email within 2 days of delivery giving your reasons for the returns.
PRODUCT IS NOT-RETURNABLE IF IT HAS BEEN WORN.
If the delivery is received damaged then please indicate this on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
GENERAL TERMS
We cannot guarantee that the colour shades or garment details or prints depicted in our photos are exact or accurate due to the unique nature of our clothing, the limits of digital photographic technology and individual monitor settings. However we do offer a no-risk guarantee should you not be happy. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Your acceptance of delivery requires a signature by an adult over the age of 18.
We will take reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and credit card secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to your information.
PRICES
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
We reserve the right to change prices on this site at any time.
ORDERING
If you place an order and we find that something is not actually in stock (this can be because something is reserved for someone else already or we have an error on our database) then we will email you to let you know and ask if you want to proceed with any other matching items you may have ordered at the same time or we will try and offer you an alternative size or style (but we wont just despatch alternatives without contacting you first). |
